Think about the situation that you’re in and that you’re perhaps unable to do the things that would fill your life with joy.

For example writing, reading a novel going for a walk in nature, inviting a friend over for a tea time, dressing a table up going for a swim, all of these things.

If you feel that you are too lazy or too sad or too bored to do them, it’s not your fault, it means that you’re exhausted, it means that you don’t have time.

And this is a huge problem, because by not doing the things that you enjoy you are going to remain in an anxiety zone.
