🌈🍃 Day 1 of our anxiety relief challenge 🍃🌈

This challenge is to help you relief anxiety by incorporating daily small habits into your life, that will de-stress your nervous system and ultimately help with your anxiety! 💪🌟

On day one I am showing you an exercise, that will help you relief anxiety within one minute of doing it: 🕒🧘

1. Stand upright with your arms loose. 🚶‍♂️

2. Twist around like I am showing you in the video. 🌀

3. Do this for 1 minute. ⏱️

By swinging around your arms like this, you are going to hit your kidneys, which are linked with nervousness and fear. This is going to help release tension and that nervousness. 🛡️💥
