Hey everyone! It’s Day 2 of our journey towards a calmer mind, and today we’re focusing on something a bit different: clearing out frenemies from our lives. Believe it or not, the company we keep can play a big part in our stress levels, sometimes in ways we don’t even realize.

Let’s dive into today’s action plan: 🕵️‍♂️🌿

1️⃣ Identify the frenemies.

Think about your circle.

If there’s someone who often leaves you feeling worse, not better, especially with those subtle jabs that don’t quite feel like jokes, they might be a frenemy.

2️⃣ Set your boundaries.

Once you’ve pinpointed a frenemy, it’s time to think about what you’re no longer willing to tolerate.

Have that calm but firm chat. This step is all about safeguarding your peace.

3️⃣ Choose your company wisely.

Begin to scale back the time you spend with frenemies and increase the time with people who genuinely make you feel supported and happy.

This simple change can massively reduce your anxiety by ensuring you’re surrounded by positive energy.
