Let me tell you what happens:
When we don’t eat, our bodies think something’s wrong and we might actually gain weight instead of losing it. Sounds weird, right? ❌🍽
And, when people go a long time without eating, they end up eating a lot more than I planned, which definitely doesn’t help with trying to lose weight. ❌🍔
Also, skipping meals can mess up our stomachs and make it really hard to lose any weight. ❌🤢
But here’s what you can try instead:
1. Eating Small Meals Often: Eating little bits during the day keeps us feeling good and helps our bodies work better. It’s way more relaxed. 🍏🕒
2. Eating When You’re Really Hungry: If you eat when you’re actually hungry but choose healthy foods, you won’t overeat. It seems like our bodies understand what they need. 🍴❤️
3. Keeping Moving: Going for a walk or doing some yoga helps keep us chill and helps our stomachs digest better. 🚶♀️🧘
