Open your curtains 🌞. Morning light helps wake your brain up.

3️⃣ Plan something fun in the morning

Think of a small, fun thing to do right after you get up, like watering your plants 🌱 or making a yummy breakfast 🍳. It gives you a reason to get out of bed.
